		<description>I am totally loving your podcasts, especially the one for sleep. I&#039;ve recently gone through a break up and thought that sleep was impossible. So far I&#039;ve not managed to finish the entire session as I&#039;m normally passed out by the time I reach the bottom in the stairs, that&#039;s all I remember. Previously as well due to normal stresses in life I&#039;d never managed to sleep the entire night through without getting out of bed. This has helped me so much. I also tried the anxiety relief today during lunch which was a help too. Didn&#039;t remove my nervous energy though as I couldn&#039;t sit still for any longer than 30 mins, however I may have been much worse without. I&#039;m keen to try the other ones too should the occasion require it.

		<description>Hi James, a quick thankyou for your podcasts which Im finding great. Such a hugh change to the normal longer sessions which are usually found. Only 3 minutes! Quick to use anytime without having to settle down for sometimes 45 mins or so.  One question I would love you to address please James. I always find it hard to concentrate etc, my mind seems to go off thinking about stuff and I wonder if I get the benefit of the track anyway. Also if Im weary and tired I think I fall asleep, so once again is there any benefit received. As Im not naturally good at concentrating [my mind is always elsewhere instead of where it should be at times] because Im always day dreaming etc. am I still receiving your suggestions even though I think I dont.
