3 Minutes of Hypnosis? You’re kidding right? That can’t work…
As a qualified Hypnotherapist I have worked with many clients to bring about positive change in their lives using rapid techniques that once learned can be applied in seconds. The techniques can be used at any time, anywhere, to bring about an immediate change of emotional state. So if you are feeling nervous or anxious, you can use one of these ‘tools’ to immediately shift into a more positive and resourceful state of mind – such as confidence or optimism. Being able to switch and improve your emotional state really can change your day for the better.
How can I learn these techniques?
Ok I’ll admit I’ve been a little sneaky, it takes a little longer than 3 minutes to learn and practise the techniques, but once you’ve mastered them, you can rapidly apply them to so many areas of your life you’ll be amazed!
- To learn and practise the underlying technique you can use the “Primer” hypnosis audio. This typically lasts 20-30 minutes and is an in-depth hypnotherapy session incorporating practise time for the technique.
- Once you have learned the technique, you can utilise it in your day to day life very easily using the short (3 Minutes!) “Trigger” audio tracks. These trigger tracks are specific to particular situations, for example, pre-test nerves, frustration, public speaking etc.

I already have hypnosis cds, why is this different?
There is a huge difference between passively listening to a long hypnosis cd and actively learning a technique that can be called upon in an instant.

| Success Rate | Varies depending on repeated use, personal taste, specific topic and it’s relevance to your situation, beliefs, goals etc let’s face it, sometimes you just don’t get along with the cd, other times you do. | You may hate my voice or the music but it really doesn’t matter. Once you learn the technique and practise it you don’t need to spend more than 3 minutes with me following that. We can get along for that long surely. More seriously, as this is technique based, you adapt it to be specific to you – the success rate is therefore in your control. | ![]() |

Your podcasts were really helpful
the confidence boost podcast also helped me be happy
it’s the longest one and it really helps me relax myself
I’m listening to it everyday before bed to sleep with a happy feeling
it’s easier to follow it than to meditate to calm myself down
and leaves me with a happy feeling each time
I have my exams on so it helps me have a good night’s sleep
I’m looking for more downloadable audios that can help me become happy
